This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed by Fans on formedofficial.com (“Formed”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1) Order processing

All orders are processed after payment is confirmed.

Because some items are made, prepared, or sourced to order, please allow up to 30 days for your order to be shippedfrom the date of purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • product type;

  • order volume;

  • stock availability; and

  • quality checks.

2) Shipping times

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times vary based on:

  • destination country;

  • shipping method selected; and

  • carrier performance.

Estimated delivery times are in addition to the processing period and are provided as guidelines only.

3) Shipping confirmation & tracking

When your order ships, you will receive:

  • a shipping confirmation email; and

  • tracking details where available.

Tracking availability depends on the shipping service selected.

4) International shipping

We ship internationally where available.

For international orders:

  • delivery times may be longer due to customs processing;

  • import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply; and

  • these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5) Delays

While we aim to ship within stated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • supplier delays;

  • customs clearance;

  • courier issues;

  • force majeure events (e.g. weather, strikes).

Formed is not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

6) Incorrect address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we may:

  • charge a reshipping fee; or

  • require a new order to be placed.

7) Lost or missing parcels

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.

8) Partial shipments

We may ship items in separate packages at no additional cost where necessary. You will receive tracking details for each shipment where applicable.
