RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY (FANS)

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made by Fans on formedofficial.com (“Formed”, “we”, “us”, “our”). It explains when you can return items, how refunds work, and what to do if something arrives damaged.

1) Who this policy is for

This policy is for Fans / customers purchasing items from our website.
If you purchased through a special Creator link, your order is still fulfilled by Formed and this policy applies.

2) Cooling-off period (change of mind)

If you are a UK consumer, you usually have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it (the “cooling-off period”).

  • You must tell us you want to return the item within 14 days of delivery.

  • After you notify us, you must send the item back within 14 days.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging/accessories.

Refund timing: Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll refund you within 14 days using the original payment method.

3) Return conditions (what we accept)

We accept returns where:

  • the item is unused, clean, and in resale condition; and

  • the return is requested within the time limits in this policy.

If an item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition, we may:

  • refuse the refund, or

  • offer a partial refund (where appropriate).

4) Items that can’t be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • opened consumables (e.g., resins, chemicals, powders, liquids);

  • items that have been mixed, used, or tampered with;

  • sealed items once unsealed where hygiene/safety applies;

  • customised or made-to-order items (if applicable and clearly stated at purchase).

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

5) Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged,

  • faulty, or

  • incorrect,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or as soon as reasonably possible) with:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photos of the item and packaging.

If confirmed, we will offer one of the following:

  • replacement,

  • refund, or

  • another appropriate remedy (depending on stock and the issue).

6) Return shipping costs

  • Change of mind returns: You cover the return postage cost.

  • Faulty/damaged/incorrect items: We cover the return cost (or may not require a return, depending on the situation).

We recommend using a tracked service. You are responsible for the item until it arrives back to us.

7) Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Shipping fees:

  • Standard shipping fees are normally refundable only where required by law or where the return is due to our error (faulty/damaged/incorrect).

We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

9) Exchanges

We can offer exchanges where stock is available. If you want an exchange, contact us first so we can confirm availability.
